Bio
Tidestone was formed in 2016 by four high school friends who wanted to play, write, and share the metal music they love. The band released the EP Unrivaled in 2022, followed by the full-length album Sea of Fire on 27 February 2026.
Each member brings a slightly different taste in heavy music, which gives Tidestone a broader sound: fast melodic solos, heavy breakdowns, growls, screams, and clean vocals. The goal is to keep the songs direct, varied, and recognizable as Tidestone.

Tidestone is Casper, Sebastian, Cyrus, and Jeff: four friends who have played together since the band's early years.

Listen
A good place to start: three songs from Sea of Fire with different tempos, moods, and riffs, including tracks inspired by Three Kingdoms.
Based on Red Cliff: burning ships, shifting wind, ambushes, and the desperate flight after one of history's most decisive battles.
Sun Ce's rise after his father's death: fast, determined, and driven by legacy, conquest, and the weight of the Imperial Seal.
Changban in song form: civilians on the move, Zhao Yun's rescue ride, and Zhang Fei holding the bridge against the pursuing army.
Live energy
The live set includes songs from our album Sea of Fire and our earlier EP Unrivaled, built around melodic leads, breakdowns, growls, screams, and clean vocals.
